When you submit the service request form or use our AI assistant, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, city, service address if you give one, the service you need and your description of the problem.

We do not ask for payment details through this website.

We use your information solely to respond to your request, arrange and carry out plumbing work, and contact you about that work. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unrelated to your request.

Your request is emailed to ONRoute Plumbing at OnRoutePlumbing@gmail.com and stored in our record of service requests. Where you have given us an email address, a copy is also sent to you as confirmation of receipt.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are enabled in future, they will be introduced with a consent prompt, and the site records interaction events only in your own browser until you consent.

Your browser’s session storage is used to keep your chat with Dana visible while you are on the page. It is cleared when you close the tab.

Service requests are retained for as long as needed to provide the service, meet warranty obligations and satisfy record-keeping requirements.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email OnRoutePlumbing@gmail.com and we will respond.
